My Grandma's New England Blueberry Coffee Cake
Fresh New England blueberries are combined with a touch of pure New England maple sugar and then placed in the center, and on top, of this variation of our Cinnamon coffee cake. This mouthwatering cake is divine. Make sure you have plenty on hand - one piece is never enough! This recipe is baked with walnuts and is Kosher certified. Large cake is 10" and 3.1lbs, 20 - 26 servings. Each cake can be stored in its original packaging for up to 14 days unrefrigerated. If you do not plan on serving the entire cake within 14 days, we recommend freezing it for up to a month.
