How long do Welsh Cakes keep? Best eaten within 7-10 days. Welsh Cakes can also be frozen for a few months in an airtight container.

Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), sugar, salted butter, nonfat milk, soybean oil, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, allspice and cinnamon. All flavors contain wheat, milk, soy and egg. Ready-made Welsh Cakes come with either Milk Chocolate Chips, Cranberries, Currants, Pineapple / Coconut or Apple Crisp.
